还是: I did receive your email 3 days ago.
如果主语是第三人称呢？He does还是He do还是He did？

强调时加上 do 之后，第三人称啊、时态啦都在 do 上变。其它动词就原形就好了。

没啥说得，i did receive your email 3 days ago.你可以想象成否定句去掉否定词，就是强调语气。
