免费的引物设计软件
以前一直用Oligo 4.0，好像现在已经升级到6.0了，很好用，可惜不是免费的，要九百多美金。个人当然不舍得买，很多实验室也没有安装。这里推荐一款免费的在线软件，特别方便，运行也特别快，Windows系统下应该也可以。地址: http://frodo.wi.mit.edu/primer3/input.htm
