今年是爱之夏( Summer of Love)运动四十周年，美国的电视台进行了回顾。如果你感兴趣的话，可以到这里观看一个短片。
这场嬉皮士发起的运动是美国人的一个试验(experiment)，一次经历(experience)。在他们看来，能把自己的想法(可能是乌托邦式的)付诸行动，看看一种新兴的文化能不能超越政治进而改变人类的生活，是一件很刺激的事情。那些参与者抱着改变世界的想法奔向旧金山，最终改变的只是他们自己，当然，林子大了什么鸟都有，有人为了爱与和平，有人为了磕药，有人为了自由的性，有人只是不想工作。
二十世纪的中国人经历的运动更多，只是我们不愿，或者不堪回首。
