基因敲除终获诺奖肯定
本年度诺贝尔生理和医学奖公布，由三位科学家因为在基因敲除领域的创新发现共享。
到目前为止，已经有超过一万个小鼠的基因被成功敲除，这几乎是哺乳动物基因组的一半。
公平地讲，去年的诺奖(基因沉默)和今年的应该对调。基因敲除发现得更早，已经经历了超过20年的验证，对科学业已产生的影响也更大。今年的三位得主，最年轻的66岁，年龄最大的已经82岁了，再不颁奖就等不及了！
